    Hi,

Recently the Gisborne branch of Forest & Bird planted some 100 native plants at our marine reserve as part of a three year plan to replant and beautify the drive into the marine reserve. This planting was made possible by the generous donation from Gisborne Host Lions club who donated to us $1000.00 for the purchase of plants. I've posted several photos as below.

hey Barry - looks like a fun and breeeezy day. we had a planting a while back in the Manawatu with a similar group of happy faces and the wind blowing the wrong way like in your photo, so that the might banner reads "Tserof & Drib" which is a name much less appealing than 'Forest & Bird'. Don't know just where our picture of it went. Anyhow, hope the project goes well.
